Pete Marsele began his real estate career as a research analyst for a residential and small commercial appraisal firm. As a research analyst he provided real estate data required to complete appraisal assignments for the firm. Following, seven years at this firm he became employed at Valbridge Property Advisors, a commercial appraisal firm located in Hartford, Connecticut. Here he became a provisional appraiser and performed valuations throughout New England. Mr. Marsele achieved his four year degree from Post University in Business Administration and his certified general appraiser’s license during this time as well. After four years of service at Valbridge Mr. Marsele opened his own firm and currently works out of Simsbury, Connecticut. Collectively Mr. Marsele has over 10,000 hours of specialized experience in real estate valuations. Additionally, he has estimated property values ranging from under $100,000 to $150,000,000 for lending purposes, litigation and estimates of market value.
Mr. Marsele is also a Trustee for the Peter R. Marsele Athletic Trust which provides financing for you sports in the Town of Bloomfield, Connecticut.
Rebecca Marsele
Rebecca Marsele began her appraising career in 2000 working as an office manager for Nemeth Appraisals, LLC. Shortly after, Rebecca acquired her provisional appraisal license under the supervision of Cynthia Nemeth. In 2005, Rebecca graduated from University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in Business, and passed the state exam to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. For the last twelve years, Rebecca as performed residential appraisals on properties throughout Connecticut under Nemeth Appraisals, LLC. Aside from performing appraisals for lending institutions, Rebecca has completed work for attorneys and has testified in Federal Courts, as well as County Courts for Hartford and Tolland.
